All prices displayed on Dartstore.se are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include 25% VAT unless otherwise specified. Business customers may choose to display prices excluding VAT by activating the "Show prices excluding VAT" option in the webshop.
The prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices applicable to the order. Any campaigns, promotions, or special offers are valid only during the specified period or while stocks last.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, currency fluctuations, technical errors, printing errors, products being sold out, inventory discrepancies, or inaccuracies in product descriptions, specifications, or images. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual appearance or colour of the product due to manufacturer variations or display settings.
A binding purchase agreement is formed only when Dartstore has confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.

All payment information is processed using encrypted connections and in accordance with applicable security standards. Dartstore never stores card numbers or sensitive payment information.
If an item is in stock, orders are normally dispatched within 1–5 business days from the date the order is registered and payment has been approved.
During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be slightly longer. If a product is temporarily out of stock or a delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Orders are shipped using the delivery options available at checkout. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond Dartstore's control.
Dartstore is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies, customs procedures, governmental actions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, delivery address, and selected shipping method of the order. The applicable shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
Certain promotions or special offers may include free shipping above a specified order value. Any applicable terms and conditions will be stated in connection with the promotion.
Products marked as special order items are generally not held in stock by Dartstore and are ordered from our suppliers after the customer has placed an order.
As a result, delivery times for special order items may be longer than for products kept in stock. Estimated delivery times are provided where possible but may be affected by supplier stock availability and delivery capabilities.
If a special order item can no longer be supplied or has been discontinued, the customer will be informed and any payment made will be refunded without delay.
As a private consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receive the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Dartstore before the withdrawal period expires. This can be done through our withdrawal request form or by contacting customer service at kundservice@dartstore.se.
You have the right to inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality in the same way you would be able to in a physical store. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, a deduction for diminished value may be made.
The product must be returned properly packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Dartstore will refund the amount paid for the product, including standard delivery costs. Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after the return has been received or after proof has been provided that the goods have been sent back.
Gift cards are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
When returning goods, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the product until it has been received by Dartstore.
The order number or other identifying information must always be included to ensure fast and accurate processing.
Returns sent cash on delivery (COD) or requiring collection fees will not be accepted.
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the order, you have the right to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period after the defect has been discovered. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
Consumers have the right to claim for original defects in a product for up to three years from the date of receipt.
In the event of an approved complaint, Dartstore will cover all costs associated with the complaint, including any return shipping costs.
Please contact customer service before returning any item so that we can assist you with the claims process.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to Dartstore, we reserve the right to charge the actual costs incurred for return shipping, handling, administration, and packaging.
These costs may be deducted from any refund or invoiced separately.
Failure to collect a parcel is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us in accordance with the rules regarding the right of withdrawal.
Dartstore values your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The information collected is used to administer orders, deliveries, payments, customer service matters, and to fulfil our legal obligations.
We never sell personal data to third parties.

To shop at Dartstore, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Dartstore reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is reason to believe that the purchaser does not meet these requirements.
Dartstore shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
Natural disasters
War or war-like events
Acts of terrorism
Strikes, lockouts, or other labour disputes
Government actions or changes in legislation
Major operational disruptions affecting suppliers or carriers
Interruptions to electricity, telecommunications, or data communications
If such circumstances arise, Dartstore's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.
